The workshop and the crew are in Panakkukang. Every district of Makassar, the Gowa side as far as Sungguminasa and Samata, and Maros up to the airport are covered without a travel charge; Malino carries one materials transport line instead. To see panels, timber samples and heaters before deciding, arrange a workshop visit on WhatsApp first, because the team is often on site. What happens after your message arrives
We confirm the unit, location, room size and supply, then ask for three or four photographs: the corner of the room, the drainage route and the PLN meter.
From those photographs you receive an indicative figure and a survey date. Makassar, Gowa and Maros are surveyed free; Malino is combined with an installation trip.
The technician measures the space, checks electrical capacity and cable route, assesses floor loading where a tub is involved, and notes sun and wind for a rooftop.
A drawing of the cabin or plunge in your own room, plus a line-by-line quote covering materials, heater or chiller, electrics, installation and schedule.
Fifty per cent releases fabrication in Panakkukang, the second payment falls due before installation, and the crew works to the quoted duration.
We take the cabin to working temperature and the plunge to its set point, you try it, and only then are the handover documents signed.
