What makes a custom sauna Makassar project different?

An outdoor sauna cabin is the most requested variant on the seafront side of the city, and the most demanding. Rain arrives sideways from December to April, and salt breeze works on every metal fixing in Tanjung Bunga and at CPI. Our answer is a cabin with its own pitched roof and overhang, stainless fittings throughout, a ventilated cavity behind the cladding, and a covered changing step.

Decking is the one place where local hardwood belongs: ulin or bengkirai underfoot, never inside the cabin. An outdoor cabin runs at an indicative IDR 80-150 million, installed in one to two weeks. Power for a large cabin and for a wellness zone

Capacity drives the electrical design of a custom sauna. Six people at 2.4x2 m take an 8 kW heater on 11,000 VA; ten people at 3.5x2.6 m need 10.5 kW and three phase, twelve people at 4x3 m need 12 kW, and a twenty-person club room runs two 10.5 kW heaters. Add a plunge chiller and you have two loads that must not start together, so we split circuits and soft-start the compressor.

Hotels and venues near Losari and along Jalan Pengayoman are normally already on three phase; large private houses in Panakkukang and Tamalanrea usually need the PLN upgrade to 11,000 VA, paid by the owner. Design, mock-up and the build sequence

After the survey you receive a visualisation of the cabin in your own room and a physical sample: a piece of thermowood, the onyx, the bench profile. Nothing is cut until the drawing and the itemised quote are approved. Fabrication takes three to six weeks including finishing, and the crew that installs is the crew that built the panels.
